CAN I BOOK AN INTAKE SESSION?

Yes! I offer a free 15 minute consultation. You have to call the office to schedule (860) 977-8469.

WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

My fees vary depending on the type of Coaching Session you are looking to have. I offer individual sessions as well as packages.

Do I Have to Come to the Office?

In-Person is preferred but I do offer virtual visits.

WHAT IS COACHING?

Life Coaches help clients clarify goals, provide personal development, identify the obstacles holding them back and so much more. As a Life Coach, I walk beside you to assist in helping you overcome those obstacles.
